According to IONOS, web hosting may process the requested page or file, browser and device information, access time and the IP address in anonymised form. IONOS states that this visitor data is retained for eight weeks and is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union. Processing is carried out to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, identify technical faults and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Recipients may include hosting, content-delivery, IT-security and IT service providers acting as processors where required. Log data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed for these purposes. It is retained for longer only where necessary to investigate a security incident or meet statutory obligations.

This website does not set its own cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. No marketing or profiling services are used.

IONOS WebAnalytics is enabled by default as part of IONOS web hosting. According to IONOS, measurements are performed using a pixel or server logs without cookies. Images, graphics and videos are delivered directly through this website’s infrastructure. No external players or media platforms are embedded. Any access data generated in the process is handled as described in section 2.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact and master data you provide, the content of your message and, where relevant, property or contract information in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The website itself does not contain a contact form.

Where an enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business communications are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of incoming enquiries. Recipients may include the email, telecommunications and IT service providers we use.

We delete the data once the enquiry has been fully handled and no contractual or statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require further retention.

External services are contacted only after you select the relevant link. From that point, the destination provider processes connection data such as your IP address. Our external links suppress transmission of the address of the previously visited page. The destination provider’s privacy information applies to any further processing.

Subject to the statutory requirements, data subjects may request access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16 GDPR, erasure under Article 17 GDPR, restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR and data portability under Article 20 GDPR.

You do not need to actively provide data for a purely informational visit. Technically necessary connection data is generated when the site is accessed; without it, the website cannot be delivered. Contacting us is voluntary. Without the information required to handle an enquiry, we may be unable to respond or carry out pre-contractual measures. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
